MyWunderTale is a kids story app operated by Attain AI Labs LLC. This policy explains what we collect and how
we use it.
Information We Collect
When you join the waitlist, we collect the email address you provide. If you contact us directly, we may also
collect the information included in your message. We use Tally as a form provider to collect waitlist
submissions.
How We Use Your Email
We use the email collected on this page to communicate with you about the MyWunderTale kids story app,
including early access updates, product announcements, launch timing, feedback requests, and related information
that may be useful to prospective parents or guardians.
Legal Basis for Processing
Where privacy laws such as the GDPR apply, we process your email based on your consent when you submit the
waitlist form and, where appropriate, our legitimate interest in operating a pre-launch waitlist and responding
to requests.
How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We may use
trusted service providers to help collect form submissions, send email, operate the website, or manage the
waitlist, and they may process information only for those limited purposes.
Data Retention
We keep waitlist information for as long as needed to provide updates about MyWunderTale, manage launch
communications, comply with legal obligations, or until you ask us to delete it.
Your Privacy Choices and Rights
You can unsubscribe from future communications or request deletion of your waitlist email by contacting us at
info@attainailabs.com. Depending on where you live, you may also have rights to access, correct, delete,
restrict, object to, or receive a copy of personal information we hold about you.
Children's Privacy, COPPA, and Parental Consent
This waitlist page is intended for parents and guardians, not for children to submit information directly. We
do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through this page. Before MyWunderTale
collects personal information from a child in the app, we will evaluate applicable child privacy requirements,
including COPPA and age-based consent rules, and obtain parental consent where required.
International Visitors
If you visit from outside the United States, your information may be processed in the United States or other
countries where our service providers operate. We will use appropriate safeguards where required by applicable
law.
California Privacy Notice
We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. California residents
may contact us to request access, correction, deletion, or information about how their personal information is
used.
Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no internet service can be guaranteed to be
completely secure.
